We obsess over the hard stuff: sub-second latency, waveguides, privacy, and what "recording everything" means for the future of trust. Our product deletes audio, keeps displays private, and is built to be secure by design--but we still argue about edge cases every week, because this space demands it.

This is not a chill, "see you at the 10am standup" kind of place. Hardware breaks at the worst possible time. Models regress. Launch dates don't move. Some experiments never ship. We work long, weird hours when we're close to a breakthrough, and we celebrate by immediately asking, "Okay, what's next?"

We care more about people who own outcomes than people who collect titles. You might design an interaction in the morning, ride the train wearing it in the afternoon, and push a new build that night. Your work ships to the real world, fast, and people literally wear it on their faces.
