Ship things that make people feel
We ship things that make lawyers nervous and philosophers start podcasts. We walk around San Francisco in unfinished prototypes, talk to strangers, and then change the roadmap based on what happened on a random Tuesday.
We obsess over the hard stuff: sub-second latency, waveguides, privacy, and what "recording everything" means for the future of trust. Our product deletes audio, keeps displays private, and is built to be secure by design--but we still argue about edge cases every week, because this space demands it.
